Together in 2019 we will celebrate and commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising. Join us on Saturday, June 15, for a community rally in the afternoon and a celebration in the evening. Click here for more details. When is the 2019 event planned?
The 2019 event will be held Aug. 17-18, 2019, in Uptown Charlotte.

How can I get involved in helping to organize the festival and parade?
We are currently looking for individuals who want to volunteer as a member of our festival and parade teams. Click here to fill out a short interest form. Other volunteer opportunities will be announced in the new year. Our volunteer socials and events will begin in January or February of 2019. Be sure to sign up for our email list to get the most up-to-date news about upcoming events.

How can I apply to march in the parade or set up a vendor booth in the festival zone?
The deadline to apply for vendor spaces and parade entries was June 1st. Unfortunately, we are not able to reopen applications once they have closed.
Why is Charlotte’s Pride event held in August, instead of June?
Understandable question! We get it all the time. Like many other Pride organizations across the country and world, Charlotte’s events are not held in June for a variety of reasons.
